This area is historically suitable for viticulture: to fully respect this vocation, and to produce wines that express the authenticity ofthis terroir, our farming technique allows us to revitalise the earth, stimulates the plants and produces fruits that have a strong connection to their land.
In the cellar we respect this heritage by avoiding to use any invasive enological processes. This is not a matter of faith or even less a marketing strategy, it is a matter of taste: we want our wines to have a distinguished personality, that varies from one year to the other, we don’t want them to be standardised.
