Description
A blend of all of the white grapes we have in the vineyard, picked slightly earlier rather than full maturation. Pressed with the full bunch. Fermentation in concrete tanks. No stabilisation, clarification nor filtration. Ageing in the same concrete tanks for around 8 months.
