Grechetto Gentile 100% from the Sasso vineyard
Harvest at the end of August exclusively by hand in small boxes. A couple of days of maceration, spontaneous fermentation without the use of selected yeasts in concrete tanks, aging for 10 months on its lees in the same tanks and at least 3 months in the bottle.
